For our Personnel on Board, West Atlantic Energy Nigeria Limited is in partnership with Collabro, UK and engage the use of a software called ‘Vantage POB’. It is a web based system used to monitor and track movement of personnel to and fro offshore facilities. This software has been deployed in the UK particularly for the North Sea operations and around the world to track personnel offshore, for purposes of safety regulations, offshore logistics and proper certification of offshore workers. It is used by 100% of the offshore oil and gas operators in the UK.
Vantage was a result of the collaboration of 12 UK Oil and Gas companies to introduce an effective Personnel on Board (POB) solution to benefit the entire industry. Vantage POB is now the globally recognized Oil and Gas industry POB tracking system, with clients on all 5 continents.
Vantage System
The vantage system is a web based tracking tool that can:
