What is it?
Following the regulation passed by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) on the Offshore Safety Certification program for the oil and gas industry in Nigeria, we are appointed by the DPR as the carrier for the Nigerian oil and gas industry Personnel Accountability System and are responsible for the issuance of offshore safety passports to all personnel required to travel offshore.
All oil and gas companies are required to register their direct or indirect personnel working on any offshore, swamp or inland waterway facilities.

WAEL offers logistics services to organizations by collating data unto a system in view to provide real time, online basic information on personnel working onshore, offshore and swampy locations as well as their competences and qualifications.
